Simon Angove

Chief Executive Officer

Simon AngoveAs a serial entrepreneur, Simon Angove brings new energy and expertise to GMT as its chief executive officer. Most recently, he was co-founder and president of Brickstream, a business intelligence company focused on the retail and financial services industries. At Brickstream, Simon built a base of Fortune 500 customers, including some of the world’s largest retailers and banks, and successfully raised three rounds of financing. Previously, he co-founded a-Services, a pioneering company in application service provision (ASP) that helped to establish the “software as a service” (SaaS) distribution model, with the backing of industry heavyweights Cable & Wireless, Compaq, and Microsoft. Simon also had held key sales and marketing management positions at Compaq and Digital Equipment Corporation during his career. A native of England, he is a graduate of Boston College with a degree in management.

Dave Marcus

Sr. Vice President, Strategic Programs

Dave MarcusWith over 30 years of related experience in technology, Dave Marcus is a senior vice president at GMT. Previously, he held key positions in finance, management and analysis for such leading companies as BellSouth Mobility, Written Assistance, and IQ Software Corp, successfully leading a number of strategic initiatives to improve corporate productivity and customer service. His passion and commitment to his clients also carry over to his community; he has served as a director for several non-profit groups and is the founder of a nature preserve advocacy group. Dave was the first person ever selected as the University Professors’ Scholar at Boston University, where he graduated summa cum laude.

Edward Boyle

Vice President, Engineering

Edward BoyleAs GMT’s vice president of engineering, Edward Boyle carries an impressive track-record in successfully designing and deploying leading edge technologies. Previously, he built an industry-first Business Process Management (BPM) solution based on a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) at SMS.ac. Edward was also a key member of the Intergraph leadership team, helping to grow the company from $50M to a phenomenal $1B in annual revenue. During his career, he has held top management positions at Autodesk, Panacea Software, and iMotors. Edward graduated from The Queens University of Belfast with high honors and a BS in civil engineering as well as a PhD in engineering software.

George Glinsky

Vice President, Professional Services

George GlinskyWith more than 20 years of professional services experience, George Glinsky has established a reputation for growing new businesses by serving large clients around the world. Previously, George helped to launch Brickstream Corporation, a software company serving the retail industry, where he was part of a team that secured $21M from leading venture capital firms. In addition, George founded Bridge Consulting, Inc., a management consulting firm focused on change management, workforce management, and best practices for big-box retail, logistics, and manufacturing clients worldwide. He was also a senior manager with Kurt Salmon Associates, a global consumer products management consulting firm. George holds a BA in economics and psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.

Martha Powers

Vice President, Business Consulting

Ms. Powers has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry—half as a banker working on the front lines managing products and employees and half as a consultant working for firms, such as BEI, Gemini Consulting and KCG/Exametric. Her impressive client list includes some of the largest global retail banks, such, as well as a number of regional and community financial institutions and credit unions. While in these roles, Ms. Powers was responsible for business strategy development, forecasting, service management, and customer experience program management. She has also led a number of successful project implementations, including teller/platform optimization, identification of new retail and commercial growth markets, and consolidation of global call centers and operations. She received her undergraduate degree from Trinity College and her Master’s degree from Vanderbilt University’s Owen School of Management.

Morris Menasche

Vice President, Managing Director CALA

Morris MenascheWith over 20 years experience selling into every major market in the Americas, Morris Menasche is a Vice President at GMT leading the expansion into Latin America. Morris brings two decades of experience and expertise selling solutions to financial and other institutions in the Americas. His focus has included automation, operational efficiency, managed services, and branch delivery. Morris’ past experience includes sales, partner management, and sales management positions with Getronics, NCR Corporation, and Gasper Corporation. He recently completed an MBA with an undergraduate degree in International Relations.
