Software Product Specialist
Professional Services team member, whose responsibility it is to ensure smooth operations for our software users by completely supporting clients with their questions and problems. Troubleshooting and problem solving are an integral part of this position. Responsibilities
- The Training Specialist enthusiastically implements training programs that ensure the efficiency and success of our clients.
- A seasoned professional, ideally with a customer service or call center background.
