We are looking for a Software Implementation Consultant on our team to lead our new customer implementations. The Software Implementation Consultant will work within the Professional Services Division and will be responsible for managing the implementation process for our GMT Planet workforce management software. GMT Planet helps put the right people in the right place at the right time performing the right tasks enabling frontline supervisors to focus on improving the customer experience and reducing operating costs. GMT Planet is the industry’s most accurate, easy-to-use and affordable workforce management solution, and is unique in addressing all the needs of the enterprise, from branch offices to contact centers to back office operations to logistic centers.
Responsibilities will include defining and documenting client requirements, system configuration, system testing and client training. Candidates will be expected to work independently to manage multiple critical tasks simultaneously to meet due dates, as well as facilitating team activities and managing multiple streams of activity to ensure timely resolution.
